Our advisory services focus on structured finance and real estate financing for institutional customers in greater China.
On the structured finance side, Bond Trust applies quantitative models to design and implement optimal hedging techniques to control currency, interest rate, commodity, and equity market risks. Over the past years, we have established extensive distribution network among medium size financial institutions and corporations in China, and have successfully arranged several hundred million USD worth of structured finance transactions.
On the real estate financing side, Bond Trust assists large real estate funds and developers in securing long term financing. Over the past year, we have successfully arranged RMB 1.5 billion long term financing for a leading global PE’s real estate fund. Our management drove a few landmark transactions in the Asia markets, including a USD 240 million residential portfolio purchase and securitization for First Pacific Bank, and a USD 300 million commercial mortgage backed securities issued for Sino Land, a Hang Seng Index company in Hong Kong.
