Under certain circumstances, we arrange financing for property developments, i.e. the purchase of land and construction of buildings. The financing is repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the properties once the development phase is finished.
The financing can be in the form of equity investment, mezzanine financing or senior collateralized loans. The risks associated with unfinished property development are measurably higher. We only arrange financing for property developments that have sound legal, financial and market position.
